Technical Leadership for Startups and SMEs

Victor is a technologist at heart and loves working with people from different industries to bring their ideas to life with technology.

He was a Software Engineer and Employee #1 at Carousell . He grew with the company to become its Director of Engineering before starting Perch Labs.

Victor created Perch to work exclusively with startups, small businesses, and non-profit organizations to help them grow and scale their businesses. He knows the challenges these organizations face with limited resources and enjoys brainstorming how technology can help them grow.
